1. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT?
Christina Demetriades, Personal Leadership Coach & Trainer, and her team, are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This privacy notice tells you about the information her website will collect from you when you request to receive her newsletter. In collecting this information, we are acting as a data controller. By law, we are required to provide you with information about us, about how and why we will use your data and about the rights you have over your data.

3. THE KIND OF INFORMATION THAT IS HELD ABOUT YOU
When you subscribe to receive Christina’s newsletter, the personal information about you which we will collect, store, and use, is only the information you have provided us when subscribing to receive Christina's newsletter, i.e. your name and surname, and your email address.
4. HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED?
We collect personal information about you from you directly.
5. HOW WE WILL USE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
We will use the personal information we collect about you to send you Christina’s newsletter. We also need this information so we can communicate with you.

You will not be subject to decisions that will have a significant impact on you based solely on automated decision-making.

We will NOT share your data with any third parties.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. We limit access to your personal information to those employees or agents who have a business need-to-know. They will only process your personal information on Christina’s instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.

How long will you use my information for?
We will retain your personal information only for as long as we need to, in accordance with our retention policy.
10. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
In the limited circumstances where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. Once we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your information for the purpose you originally agreed to, unless we have another legitimate basis for doing so in law.

You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal information for direct marketing purposes (without sharing your personal information to any third party).
- Request the restriction of processing of your personal information. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of personal information about you - for example, if you want us to establish its accuracy or the reason for processing it.
- Request the transfer of your personal information to another party.

13. COOKIES POLICY
Cookies may be used on some pages of this website. “Cookies” are small text files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing a more customised website experience. For example, a cookie can be used to store registration information in an area of our website site so that you do not need to re-enter it on subsequent visits to that area.
