Coaching is a structured process of personal and professional development, where the focus is on achieving the Client’s specific desirable results/goals, i.e. positive change which ultimately enhances the Client’s quality of life.
The coaching services I provide are totally personalized, i.e. tailor-made to the person I am working with at any given time (the Client). My aim is to guide and support my Clients to succeed in their decided goals.
Anyone with a goal for self-improvement, either in their life or in their career, can be my client. I have been trained to work with children, young people and adults, as well as marginalized and ‘vulnerable’ groups.
A true leader isn’t necessarily someone who leads others; rather, a leader is someone who effectively leads themselves in any situation, setting or context. It is someone who is content or happy with themselves.
I work as a Trainer using non-formal education methodologies. Non-formal education is experiential learning that may or may not happen in the classroom. If formal education is what happens in the classroom, aformal education is what happens at breaktime.
